TS5C Sponsored Athlete
The flagship fund has already benefited over 130 young athletes from Somerset in a variety of sports. TS5C sponsored athletes have already achieved significant results at both County and National level, and have competed for Team GB in international competitions.

Well, I’m still here, living in Durango in the Basque Country and still loving it!  After the initial first three months, finding out where everything is, and learning about the culture, I have settled in very well and am finally adapting to the climate, the culture, the food and I would like to say the language but that would be stretching it!!!

Yesterday, it was that time of year again. The first race of the season, taking place in Zumaia, a coastal town just down from San Sebastian, it was the perfect place to start as it was a fast course with not much climbing involved, over a distance of 116km, with 3 small 4km circuits to start and then 6 larger circuits around 17km to finish.

TS5C's latest recruit is cyclist Elliot Redfern.

He started cycling competitively in 2013 and quickly developed a passion for it, and it soon became his ambition to become a top level, professional cyclist.

Our Goal

TS5C's aim is to make a difference to people's lives in Somerset - be it in providing funding for trim trails, disability swimming events, up and coming athletes or community projects like wheelchair basketball.

We exist solely on donations from individuals, businesses and small foundations. If you would like to support our efforts, please contact us directly.
