How did you first get involved in your sport?
I first got involved in bmx racing when me and my family was away camping in cheddar, I went to the bmx track they had on the camp site and had a little go and we found out about a race the same weekend on at Burnham on sea (which is my current club) and we went along to watch, and I was hooked from there.
What do you enjoy the most about being a sportsperson?
The thing I enjoy most about being an athlete is the attitude you develop to become better, and I also enjoy traveling all over the world !
Who is your sporting hero?
My sporting hero is Muhammad Ali as I liked his attitude and ambition, and he knew he could be the best.
What does a typical week look like for you?
A typical week for me would be- gym on Monday, a track session on Tuesday, gym on Wednesday morning and practice gate starts Wednesday evening, track on Thursday, gym on Friday and sprints on the bike or another gym session Saturday, rest day Sunday.
How has your TS5C Grant helped you?
My TS5C grant has helped me a huge amount as I can put the money towards traveling to big events like nationls, Europeans, and world cups next season. and also equipment which often breaks such as elbow/knee pads, and race shoes.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time (if I get any) I try to relax and rest as much as possible and that is normally through spending time with friends and family.
